Yes, pets are welcome in our hotel. We charge an additional fee of €10 per night.

If your booking has been made in advance, we will send you arrival instructions and a door code by message. The code works around the clock. If needed, we can also be reached at our on-call number. If you haven’t made a reservation yet but need a room, you can call the on-call number.

Yes, late check-out can be arranged in advance depending on availability. If no new guest is expected in the room the same day, later check-out is possible.

You can cancel free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Note: Please check separate cancellation terms for events and group bookings.

We serve breakfast and can arrange group dining upon request. The reception also has a small licensed bar area. Several restaurants for lunch and dinner are located nearby.

Yes, your room rate includes access to the hotel’s warm-up hall, functional training hall, and fitness gym.
